Terms of Service
By using our booking platform, you agree to the following terms:
- Bookings must be made in good faith
- No-shows may result in penalties
- Users are responsible for their account activity
- We reserve the right to refuse service
Refund & Cash-Out Policy
Every credit package and membership purchase is final. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
- Purchased credits and memberships are non-refundable, whether used or unused
- Credits cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, or transferred to a bank account, GCash, or any other form of money
- Credits are for court bookings only and expire one year from the date of purchase
- Membership fees already billed for a started period are not refunded if you cancel early
- Bonus and promotional credits carry no cash value and are not refundable
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are reviewed and corrected by our team — contact support with your payment reference
Reschedule Policy
Need to change your booking? Here's how:
- Reschedule via "My Bookings" page
- Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before
- Same-day changes subject to availability
- 3+ no-shows may result in account suspension
